My TO-Do list

Even with the invention of great gadgets that help one stay organized, I still use the old paper n’ pen technique to list the thngs I ought to get done in a day. But as days go by, I see my list getting longer, and more detailed. I am still young (early 30s), but i find my mind so cluttered that I sometimes wonder if my brain has reached its limit trying to keep tab of everything i see, hear and perceive. I have been noticing this more and more in the last 2 years - Difficulty in recollecting names, certain events that happened recently and memorizing things that I need to get done. Hence the need to write down even the smallest of things I need to do.
But I was particularly paranoid today, when my wife pointed out the item - ‘Check scratch on car’ listed in my today’s To-Do list. She’d told me about a scratch on the car bumper yesterday, and i wanted to check how bad it was. And that item found its way to ‘Da List’.  If I had to write down such a trivial item to do it, I dread the day when my To-do list will look like this:

- Brush my teeth
- Take bath
- Say ‘Good Morning’ to my kid

An indication of what the information age can do to you? Maybe.

humor, life, brain

Stumble it!

Subi, this explains why you were in that state last time we met. Going forward you take care someone verifies your list daily or reminds you to read it before you set out from home. :-)
